As a Dental Customer Service Representative, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit. At Hoffman Dental Care, we are seeking a Dental Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Macomb, MN. Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 5 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS! • Monday: 9am -6pm • Tuesday: 6:30am - 3:30pm • Wednesday: 6:30am - 3:30pm • Thursday: 10am - 7pm • Friday: 8am - 1pm • Saturday: Off • Sunday: Off Responsibilities The Dental Customer Service Representative should: • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority. • Develop productive schedules. • Manage patient documents and records. • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
