Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Job description: Note: This position requires employees to be on-site in Fort Myers, FL, with regular visits to job sites in the Gulf Coast Region. Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. • Oversee commercial construction projects from planning through closeout • Manage budgets, contracts, scheduling, and financial reporting • Ensure safety standards and compliance are met daily • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally • Identify new project opportunities and assist with preconstruction estimating • Resolve issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach • Lead and mentor teams to achieve project goals Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager with a General Contractor • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam • Ability to interpret contracts, plans, and specifications • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Based in Fort Myers, FL, with availability to travel across the Gulf Coast region as needed Why This Is a Great Opportunity • Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and 401k • Long-term career growth with training and advancement opportunities • Collaborative and professional team culture • Opportunity to manage diverse, high-profile commercial projects JPC-380
