Full Description

iKids, Inc. is looking for highly qualified and energetic individuals to become Afterschool Site Coordinators for our program. iKids Site Coordinators are responsible for the overall management of our program at their assigned school, implementing our curriculum while providing exceptional care for the children we serve. Afterschool activities include enrichment classes, as well as Arts & Crafts, Indoor/Outdoor Recreational Games, Afternoon Snack Time and Homework help. Our Site Coordinators are in charge of managing the program on-site and experienced with children. Our Site Coordinators truly have a passion for the communities we serve. Expectations and Performance Objectives: Punctuality/ Time Management of a Schedule Positive attitude Good communicator Effective leader Able to act with discretion Independent worker and team-player Flexibility Qualifications and Requirements: Strong leadership skills College degree or equivalent experience Experience working with children (preferably elementary school aged children) Computer skills Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certified (can be completed before the position begins) Possess or have the ability to obtain a Child Care Licensing Director's Certificate Ability to work independently, as well as with others Pass a background check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Special skills/hobbies/talents a plus Company DescriptioniKids’ onsite after-school program, iKids U, provides a complete suite of activities designed to expand on the education and growth of any child, from computers to cooking, sewing to science, and more! iKids U is customized for each school and designed to fulfill the interests of each student utilizing a variety of educational, creative, and recreational opportunities.
