Greetings!!! Immediate need with our direct client Role : Benefits Strategy & Delivery Consultant Long Term Contract Location: New York ( Remote with occasional Travelling) Requirement: • Develop, drive and execute comprehensive benefits administration processes, supporting technology transformation and process modernization. • Oversee and strengthen vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, SLA governance, and performance oversight. • Collaborate with internal executive leaders to assess organizational needs, guide decision-making, and translate benefits technology solutions into business value. • Lead project that will include cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Compliance, and Operations) to deliver high-quality implementation and ongoing support. • Set-up data integrations, test and implement integrations to ensure accuracy of EDI transmissions between payroll, HRIS, and carrier systems. • Manage and participate in system testing, UAT, and quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and positive end-user experience.
