Desired residence locations: Philadelphia; PA, Charlotte; NC, Atlanta; GA, Chicago; IL, Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Seattle, WA; Bentonville, AK SUMMARY: Establishes and manages a sales pipeline that will achieve revenue and growth targets established by the Company. Developing strategies, analyzing market trends, and building client relationships will be key to this role. Responsibilities include hitting sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, following sales processes, and collaborating with other departments like Operations, Marketing and Finance to drive customer satisfaction and revenue. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establishes and maintains a pipeline of prospective customers. • Develops and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies consistent with iGPS’ goals to increase revenue and acquire new accounts. • Manages and cultivates relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and identify new business opportunities. • Develops customer relations including but not limited to sales, research, qualifying and developing opportunities. • Regularly interacts with appropriate contacts and executives of identified and prospective clients. • Analyzes anticipated client needs and promotes company services to fill such requirements. • Manages the preparation and implementation of sales and business development plans, sales forecasts and strategies. • Maintains accuracy and currency of sales data within iGPS CRM. • Formulates the overall objectives and strategy to develop a high-value relationship within all targeted areas of the accounts. • Understands prospective client’s culture, product portfolio, competitive position, financial state, investment plan, organization structure and key decision makers. • Functions as liaison between client companies and operations staff. • Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with all areas/departments within iGPS organization. Ensures a smooth transition to the Account Management team. • Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Physical Demands & Work Environment Sitting: Frequently or constantly required to sit for long periods, especially when working on a computer or traveling by car/plane. Travel: Requires significant travel (up to 50% per month), which involves sitting in vehicles for long periods and potentially navigating various locations
