The People Operations Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support to the People Operations team including HR, Recruiting, and Training. This entry-level role is focused on organization, scheduling, data entry, and project support to ensure processes run smoothly. The role is task-driven, accuracy-focused, and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and dependable. Recruiting or training support experience is considered a plus, but not required. • Key Responsibilities* Administrative & Operations Support • Maintain organized records, trackers, and shared files. • Enter and update data accurately in systems and spreadsheets. • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, training sessions, and other operational events. • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as directed. • Support team projects by completing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. • Provide logistical support for onboarding schedules, training calendars, and operational rollouts. Recruiting & Training Support (Plus, Not Required) • Post open roles to job boards and maintain candidate trackers. • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate calendars. • Assist with training preparation such as rosters, materials, and attendance tracking. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google and ability to learn new systems quickly. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Two professional references Preferred Skills (Not Required) • Experience supporting People Operations, recruiting, or training teams. • Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or learning management systems (LMS).
