Full time-contract 3-6 months Ignite Visibility is a fast-growing and award-winning digital marketing agency at the forefront of creativity, technology, and data within the national to local digital marketing space. As we grow, we’re looking for a talented Senior SEO Manager to lead search engine presence to the next level for an enterprise national to local franchise client for us. Experience in large franchise and multi-location businesses focused on home services is required. This role is remote within the U.S. only. The Sr. SEO Manager will manage a handful of high-profile brands and play a strategic role in the team. This person should be a go-getter who loves Internet marketing and brings a positive can-do attitude to the company! This person needs to have a very strong SEO and digital marketing background. Essential Functions • Lead and execute SEO strategies and projects • Lead weekly meetings with clients • Ensure campaign deliverables are executed • Provide client reporting • Make recommendations for client strategy • Come up with editorial calendar ideas • Create a client linking strategy • Manage multiple clients and ensure results • Assist project managers and jr. project managers • Assist with company strategy Supervisory Responsibility • Perform weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one with key staff and monthly with the remainder of the team who is already having one on one with a mid-level manager • Ensure section of QBR is best in class • Attend leadership training and follow company leadership guidelines • Create goals and growth paths for staff • Hold employee performance reviews in accordance with the company schedule • Build relationships and generate leads from key industry partners when possible • Monitor key accounts and attend calls to save any canceling accounts • Maintain 80%client retention • Partner with Talent Acquisition to create and maintain job descriptions and salary ranges for all positions within your department Required Qualifications • Must have 6+ years of experience in Internet Marketing • Must have 6+ years of experience in SEO • Agency experience is a must • Must have leadership experience • Franchise and multi-location businesses a must • Must be knowledgeable of on-site SEO and link building • Must have done a keyword assignment • Must have excellent communication skills • Must have knowledge of social media and how it relates to SEO • Must have knowledge of technical SEO items • Must have knowledge of WordPress and blogging • Must have knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Google +, LinkedIn, YouTube • Must have client-facing experience Core Competencies • Leadership, strong leadership skills to build trust and relationships with team members and clients • Prioritization and task management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to completion • Creative, demonstrated creative thinking and ability to come up with innovative strategies • Expert knowledge of digital marketing • Expert knowledge of client management and building positive relationships • Growth mindset, commitment to continuous improvement through adaptability, optimism, curiosity, and openness to feedback • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Collaborator and relationship builder • Pro-active thinker and self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through skills • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment • Connect with team members in an effective matter • Comfortable being on the phone and Zoom calls
