The Opportunity: A Hands-On Recruiting Leader for High-Growth Scaling We are seeking a highly hands-on recruiting leader to build the talent engine for our next phase of growth. This is not a purely strategic or administrative management role; you will be directly in the trenches, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our most critical hires while providing team guidance. As our Senior Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the primary driver in sourcing and securing the elite technical and marketing talent that fuels our performance marketing results and supports our acquisition strategy. Ideal Background: We are seeking a leader with a proven, hands-on recruiting track record in fast-paced, project-based environments. Ideal experience includes management consulting, creative/media/digital agencies, or dynamic tech companies (SaaS, e-commerce, AdTech/MarTech). This background ensures you are adept at rapid decision cycles and thrive in a high-velocity, client-service culture. Key Responsibilities • Hands-On, Full-Cycle Recruitment: Personally own and execute the end-to-end hiring process for a high-volume requisition load. This includes intake meetings, strategic sourcing, screening, interviewing, facilitating debriefs, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring a stellar candidate experience from application to onboarding. • Strategic Talent Advising: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers as a true consultant. Develop tailored recruiting strategies, provide market intelligence, and guide teams on assessment and selection best practices. • Expert Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively build robust talent pipelines utilizing advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms, social media, and networking to engage both passive and active candidates. • Candidate Assessment & Advocacy: Conduct in-depth screenings to rigorously evaluate technical skills, project portfolio strength, and core cultural fit within our entrepreneurial, results-driven environment. • Process Leadership & Mentorship: Elevate our TA function by modeling best practices, contributing to process improvements, and providing supportive guidance and mentorship to other team members. • Market Expertise: Maintain expert-level knowledge of talent trends, competitive compensation, and the evolving landscape for digital marketing and technical roles. You Are a Great Fit If You Have: • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in high-velocity environments such as digital marketing agencies, technology consulting, management consulting, SaaS, or MarTech/AdTech. • A proven, personal track record of successfully filling a high volume of roles critical to our business, including: • Technical: Full-Stack Engineers (JavaScript/TypeScript), Solutions Architects, Frontend Engineers (Webflow/WordPress), QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Project Managers. • Digital Marketing & Leadership: Paid Media Managers, SEO Managers, Account Directors. • A strong, working understanding of the skills and requirements for web/mobile development, cloud platforms, and performance marketing disciplines. • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to guide hiring teams and mentor others while actively carrying a full requisition load. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the credibility to partner with senior leaders. • High proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter. • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a significant plus.
