Overview We’re a fast-growing, remote-first company that partners with law firms to help them grow through client acquisition. We’re looking for an experienced, part-time closer who can prospect, run discovery calls, enroll firms into a short free trial, and then manage the account through onboarding and retention. This is a hybrid SDR + Closer + Customer Success role with strong upside: hourly pay plus bonuses and uncapped commission tied to new client enrollments and retention. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) • Cold outbound to law firms (phone + email + LinkedIn as appropriate) • Set appointments with qualified decision-makers • Attend and run scheduled appointments (Calendly) • Qualify the firm during the call (confirm fit + capacity + service coverage) • Sell and launch a free trial (trial volume is limited and structured) • Follow up during/after trial to drive conversion • Onboard new clients (kickoff, expectations, communication, coordination) • Serve as Customer Success Manager and main point of contact • Handle billing coordination (send invoices, follow up for payment, keep accounts current) • Proactively keep clients happy, address issues, and protect retention What We’re Looking For Must-have: • Experience with cold calling / outbound sales • Strong appointment setting + show-rate management • Comfortable running calls and moving prospects to a “yes” • Organized follow-up habits (CRM notes, reminders, next steps) • Professional communication and calm under pressure Why This Role Is Worth It • Uncapped earnings: hourly + bonuses + commission on new accounts and retention • High bonus potential: a single closed client can mean $3,000–$15,000+ in bonus/commission, depending on account size and how long they stay active • Part-time flexibility: start part-time, scale to full-time as accounts grow • Be early: this is a ground-floor role with a clear path to leadership for the right person Performance Expectations Success in this role looks like: • Consistent outbound activity and meetings booked weekly • High percentage of qualified appointments held • Clean trial launches (no messy handoffs) • Conversions from trial → paying client • Retention into months 2–3 through proactive support and communication Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Application Question(s): • Can you consistently work at least 4 hours/daily Monday–Friday that overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET)? • In a typical outbound shift (including dialing + leaving voicemails + basic note-taking), how many cold call dials can you consistently do per hour? • This is a hybrid role: outbound sales + running appointments + onboarding + ongoing customer success, including invoice/payment follow-ups with clients.
