Are you a driven, resourceful recruiter with a passion for connecting top tech talent to exciting opportunities? Ignite IT is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team and lead high-volume recruiting efforts for roles like Full Stack Developers, QA/Testers, and Java Engineers within the federal contracting space. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced agency or in-house recruiter ready to take ownership of the recruiting life cycle while making a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. *Must be located in the Virginia/Maryland/Washington, DC area. Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 plus incentive bonus plan Key Responsibilities High-volume sourcing: Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates for technical roles, especially in Full Stack, QA, and Java development. Candidate screening: Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess alignment with technical requirements and client expectations. Full-cycle recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through to offer stage. Pipeline management: Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent across multiple requisitions. ATS maintenance: Accurately document all candidate activity and communication in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Candidate experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate, regardless of hiring outcome. Collaboration: Communicate effectively with hiring managers, technical teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on hiring goals. Data-driven insights: Share recruiting metrics and insights to inform hiring strategies and process improvements. Job posting: Write and publish clear, compelling job descriptions across multiple channels to attract top talent. 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the federal staffing space Proven success in high-volume sourcing and screening for technical roles (e.g., Full Stack, QA, Java) Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and cybersecurity roles is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills High sense of urgency, accountability, and ability to work independently Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools A results-driven mindset with a desire to grow with a high-performing team 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance
