At least 3 years of recruiting experience, experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and supporting technical or manufacturing hiring preferred.
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a growing organization on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will play a critical part in supporting hiring needs across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers, and improving recruiting processes as the organization scales. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including hourly, exempt, and technical positions Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture alignment Coordinate interview logistics and provide a smooth, professional candidate experience Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and start-date coordination Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS Provide regular updates and recruiting insights to internal stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and hiring efficiency Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or a blend of both) Experience supporting hiring in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or technical environments strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter What We’re Looking For A proactive, hands-on recruiter who can operate independently Someone who balances speed with quality and candidate experience A collaborative partner who enjoys building relationships with hiring leaders Interest in long-term growth and transitioning into a permanent role Why This Role Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Exposure to a growing organization with evolving talent needs Ability to make immediate impact on hiring outcomes Collaborative, business-partner–oriented recruiting environment
