Working closely with data engineers, analysts, and defense experts, you will help build scalable AI/ML solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of national security and defense operations. This role involves applying cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to large, complex datasets, while ensuring models are robust, interpretable, and secure. You will also optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability, and support ongoing enhancements to AI-driven applications that directly impact Navy missions. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership in the AI/ML space, driving innovation and best practices across the organization. Required Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance Desired Requirements: Active DoD Secret Clearance Schedule: Charleston, SC: hybrid 1-2 days a week onsite Will consider remote candidates outside of Charleston, SC Salary: 140k to align with experience and education Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
