Job Description: • Coach and influence hiring managers to define recruitment strategies. • Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting methodologies and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates. • Mapping technology companies to identifying the top talent from competitors. • Partnering with HR and Hiring Managers to fully understand requirements and ensure a full candidate experience • Sourcing passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, LinkedIn and other social media databases. • Generating qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and email. • Effectively assessing talent ensuring cultural & competency fit • Maintaining accurate documentation within the company's ATS. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing or direct recruitment capacity, inhouse or agency • Significant experience of hands-on talent acquisition across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and others within a software or technology business. • Highly articulate and able to communicate confidently with candidates about our business strategy • High degree of personal organization with an eye for detail. • Passionate about sourcing and can demonstrate advanced research skills, Boolean, social media and alternative search techniques • Comfortable building relationships over the phone and able to engage passive candidates. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
