Sales Account Executive – Grow With Us! Are you a natural relationship builder who loves turning conversations into partnerships? At iFIVE Global, our Sales Account Executives are at the heart of our growth. You’ll be responsible for engaging with new prospects, building meaningful connections, and helping organizations see the value of our services. Unlike many sales roles, you won’t be left juggling everything alone, once you close the deal, our dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) team takes over to ensure a smooth onboarding and long-term client success. That means you can focus on what you do best: driving new business and expanding relationships. What You’ll Do • Prospect and connect with decision-makers through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events. • Research target accounts and tailor outreach to their needs. • Build strong, trust-based relationships that convert into lasting clients. • Deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proposals that showcase our solutions. • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and provide feedback from the field. • Collaborate with our CSM team to hand off new clients for seamless onboarding. • Consistently hit (and celebrate!) your sales goals. What We’re Looking For • 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in healthcare, or professional services. • A hunter mentality Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with everyone from front-line managers to C-suite leaders. • Relationship-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly. • Tech-savvy: you know your way around CRMs, email, and digital tools. • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong experience speaks volumes too. • Willingness to travel when needed (we’ll get you where you need to be).
