Job Title: Regional QHSE Manager – Operations Support Location: IFE Locations Brighton CO; Odessa, TX; and Marshall, TX Company: IFE NDT, LLC Summary: IFE NDT, LLC is seeking an experienced QHSE Corporate Leader to oversee and strengthen Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across all company districts. This senior-level role serves as the corporate Quality Director and Field Trainer, responsible for compliance, audits, technician development, and continuous improvement of QHSE systems. The position requires strong knowledge of NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, ET) and oilfield operations, with extensive field and leadership experience. Key Responsibilities: • Lead company-wide QHSE programs and initiatives. • Oversee and improve QA/QC processes across all districts. • Conduct field audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. • Develop and enforce 5S standards across all locations to ensure clean, organized, and safe work environments. • Perform regular 5S audits, coach technicians on best practices, and drive consistent adoption of Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. • Deliver training and certify technicians in NDT and safety. • Mentor and develop field personnel. • Investigate incidents and quality issues; implement corrective actions. • Manage audits, documentation, and QHSE reporting. • Support operations teams with standardized processes and customer requirements. • Promote a proactive safety culture aligned with IFE’s DRIVE values. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years in QHSE leadership roles. • Strong working knowledge of UT, MT, PT, and ET. • Oilfield inspection or mechanical operations experience. • Proven ability to train and mentor technicians. • Strong understanding of 5S implementation and continuous improvement practices. • Strong communication, organizational, and field leadership skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QHSE software. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • NDT Level II or III certifications. • Multi-district or corporate-level QHSE leadership experience. • Prior experience leading 5S programs or lean initiatives.
