About Us We are a growing 3PL (third-party logistics) company focused on operational excellence, customer service, and scalable warehouse execution. As our Ohio operation grows, we’re looking for a strong second-in-command to support site leadership and daily operations. Position Summary The Assistant Warehouse / Plant Manager serves as the Second-in-Command to the Plant Manager, supporting daily warehouse operations while helping drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on floor leadership with planning, reporting, and team development, and serves as acting site leader when needed. Key Responsibilities • Support and oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping) • Act as site leader in the absence of the Plant Manager • Supervise leads and hourly associates; support hiring, onboarding, and training • Track KPIs including productivity, accuracy, safety, and labor efficiency • Identify gaps and support process improvements and SOPs • Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety standards • Partner with Inventory, HR, Facilities, and Account Management • Support customer onboarding and volume changes Qualifications • 4–6+ years of warehouse, distribution, or operations leadership experience • Experience supporting site-level or plant management • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working on the floor while managing reports and planning • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially Excel • Ability to use spreadsheets, including basic formulas and data lookups (VLOOKUP or equivalent) • Comfortable reviewing reports, identifying trends, and communicating insights Compensation & Growth • Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000 • Bonus eligibility: Up to $8,000 annually • Growth opportunity into Plant / Warehouse Manager roles • Leadership role in a fast-growing 3PL operation Company DescriptioniDrive Fulfillment is a fast-growing, premium third-party logistics (3PL) provider serving well-known customers.
