Full Description

IDR is seeking a Tier 3 Microsoft 365 Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves advanced administration and support of Microsoft 365 services within a large enterprise environment, focusing on security, optimization, and new functionality deployment. Position Overview for the Tier 3 Microsoft 365 Administrator: • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams. • Collaborate with security, privacy, identity, and SSO teams to ensure a secure tenant environment. • Design and implement new features using native M365 applications such as Power Platform and Copilot. • Provide best practice oversight for M365 governance and compliance. • Troubleshoot hybrid environments involving on-premises Active Directory and Exchange configurations. Requirements for the Tier 3 Microsoft 365 Administrator: • 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment • Expert-level experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Admin Center • Proficiency in Exchange Online and Exchange Admin Center • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for M365 administration • Solid understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID (identity, authentication, and access management) What's in it for you? • Competitive compensation package • Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more! • Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization.
