IDR is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join an exciting client in the healthcare realm in Texas! Position Overview: Our client is is looking for a motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join their Transformation Office. This role plays a key part in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by improving operations and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare improvement, deep knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, and a Master's degree in a related field.
