This family-owned company provides security products, access control solutions, and related services to locksmiths and security professionals. The Customer Service Administrator Our newest Customer Service Administrator (Customer Service) will work in a fast-paced (but steady) position. The Customer Service position is a support position for our sales team. This position involves interaction with customers, vendors, sales associates, branch managers, warehouse associates, and accounting. Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Processing of all customer return credits · Customer interaction for defective and warrantied product · Full cycle management of vendor interaction with regards to return of goods. · Rebilling of order corrections as necessary · Canceling of orders · PO generation and modification for return/replacement goods · Processing of vendor credits and submittal to Accounting · Non-Stock inventory management for the Division · Working with Inventory Manager on product unavailable status. · Other back-end sales support related tasks as necessary and assigned. Required Experience, Skills and Abilities of the Customer Service Position • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field is a plus. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Compensation, Benefits & Structure for the Customer Service Position Compensation for this position is negotiable and will depend on relevant experience. The position is full-time with hours Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00am to 5:00pm. Medical & Dental benefits are available after 90 days of employment. The compensation package also includes benefits such as a 401(k) Plan with matching employer contributions and company-paid life and disability insurance.
