Requires 5+ years recruiting Field Sales and Commercial roles, experience with recruiting platforms, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Job Description: • Responsible for recruiting Field Sales professionals for medical devices and services. • Provide full life cycle recruiting. • Create recruitment advertising postings and source candidates. • Partner with managers and HR Business Partners for strategies. • Find innovative strategies and solutions to meet hiring goals. Requirements: • Five plus years of Field Sales and Commercial recruiting experience, preferably in high volume disciplines. • A passion and love for sourcing and recruiting talent. • Experience collaborating with stakeholders. • Proven pattern of innovative thinking and problem solving. • Experience with Workday, Service Now, Phenom, and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
