Responsibilities The Role We’re seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager to drive new business growth for our Digital Identity and Identity Proofing solutions. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring enterprise customers and helping them validate identity for employees, contractors, and customers. You’ll work directly with clients to co-create tailored solutions, leveraging our evolving product portfolio. Familiarity with Azure Marketplace and cloud procurement models is a strong plus. What You’ll Do Hunt and close net-new enterprise accounts in targeted verticals. Engage in consultative solution selling to uncover identity challenges and design tailored solutions. Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution. Develop account plans, account strategies, and accurate pipeline forecasts. Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations and provide roadmap feedback. Prepare for future channel enablement and partner onboarding strategies. Promote and transact via Azure Marketplace. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of enterprise software solution sales experience, ideally in Digital Identity, Identity Proofing, or Security SaaS. Proven success in hunting and closing complex deals with Fortune 1000 or similar organizations. Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling. Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and cloud marketplaces is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
