Were looking for a detail-oriented Merchant Processing Operations Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize our merchant processing activities. This role sits at the intersection of finance, risk management, and operations, requiring someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Responsibilities • Monitor and analyze merchant processing data, including chargebacks, fraud ratios, and TC40 reports. • * Review processing portal data and reports to identify patterns, risks, and operational trends. • * Perform financial reconciliations: calculate, allocate, and track funds across vendors and providers. • * Partner with developers and campaign management teams to resolve processing issues and implement operational improvements. • * Communicate with advertiser clients regarding accounts receivable to ensure sufficient balances are maintained. • * Work with traffic providers to adjust daily volumes and minimize revenue gaps. • * Provide ongoing reporting and actionable insights to management to improve efficiency and mitigate risks. Requirements • Strong analytical and financial reconciliation skills, with proven attention to detail. • * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting dashboards). • * Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams (developers) and business stakeholders. • * Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining data insights to non-technical partners. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with payment processing portals and risk/fraud management tools. • * Familiarity with chargeback workflows, fraud monitoring, and industry-standard compliance metrics. • * Background in merchant services, fintech, or digital advertising/payment ecosystems. • * SQL or data visualization tool knowledge (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
