Idealforce has CONTRACT position available immediately for a Product Specialist 4 / PS4 to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is a Remote Position.The person in this role should be someone that is seeking and is excited by new challenges. Job Description: • Create and manage changes to the system. • Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability. • Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations • Manage system changes without interruption to the user • Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses • Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system • Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance • Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience • Document company processes and workflows • Develop process documentation and field maps • Create new processes and associated reporting • Import data as appropriate • Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC • Monitor and improve data quality • Create and maintain dashboards • Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience • 4 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator- Required 4 Years • 2 years as Copado Administrator- Required 2 Years • 2 years as Copado DevOps operations- Desired 2 Years • 1 year Ownbackup data backup and recovery- Desired 1 Years • 1 year Ownbackup data seeding- Required 1 Years • 1 year Change and Configuration Management concepts and procedures- Desired 1 Years • 1 year Apex code- Desired 1 Years • 1 year with Salesforce utilities like Workbench and Dataloader- Required 1 Years • Salesforce Administrator certification required-Highly desired THIRD PRTY CANDIDATES: Email your candidate/s resume to jb dot resumes at idealforce.com along with the following details: Rate, Current location and Availability.
