About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Client Care Representative to join our customer and employee-facing team. In this entry-level role, you will support clients and employees by responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You will collaborate with account managers and other managers to deliver exceptional service, while developing your own skills in customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through initial setup steps. Log and track client issues to ensure timely resolution. Support account managers by preparing simple status updates or reports Collect and record client feedback to help improve services Shadow senior team members to gain industry and services knowledge Travel to conferences or business meetings as required Skills & Qualifications needed Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing, or social sciences from a US university or community college 2-4 yrs experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment A team player with a client-first mindset Self-starter, quick learner and ability to learn independently with minimal hand-holding Proficiency in MS Office and related tools Good to have (Big Pluses) Previous experience in a Customer support / service role Understanding of IT industry Ability and interest to network in the professional world Growth Path This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth.
