Job Description: Role and Responsibilities Under the direction of the ___Inventory Supervisor__, the Inventory Lead performs periodic inventory counting, receives and ships materials into and out of inventory, and enters related data into logs/software. Ensures timely execution of shipments and accuracy of all data entry for orders, receipts, and shipments. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am-3:30 pm - Some weekends required based on business needs Compensation: $21.50 per hours **No Shift Differential** Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt Essential Functions Of The Job • Weekly reporting on FEFO stock, giving analysis and communication to Supervisor / Manager • Work with customer on inventory mock audits • Submit required cycle counts to inventory department crew. • Review items conversation sent out by customer or central team. • Root Cause analysis of adjustments, damages, expired product • Review inventory receipts for accuracy and work to resolve discrepancies. • Manage weekly inventory reconciliation with Operations team. • Day-to-day general administrative tasks. • Develop and compile statistical and descriptive reports, inventory summary sheets, and detailed reports. • Help oversee and direct both monthly and yearly Physical inventory reconciliations. • Disposition of excess and destruct inventory. • Initiate conversation with management and cross-functional partners to provide recommendations. • Re-Cubing new product and analyzing new product data for discrepancies. • Works closely with Supervisors and Managers • Oversee that the stock management checklist is being completed in a timely manner. • System synchronization alignment between WMS & OMS • Other duties assigned. Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance #IND123 Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of Inventory or purchasing-related function experience required. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office. • Strong Understanding of Excel • Strong attention to detail • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and versatile. • Able to build strong working relationships with people at all organizational levels. • Work well independently but also in a team environment. • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. • Must be professional and have good job stability. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Willing to work when needed (Monday -Sunday) on occasion. • Ability to organize a large amount of data • Experience in E-Commerce Environment Education And Experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Work experience in a production or warehouse environment • Minimum of 1 year experience in Shipping /Receiving and Inventory Control Responsibilities and processes. Preferred Not Required Qualifications • Operational experience preferred. • Understanding of SAP & experience working with a variety of WMS. • Knowledge of Dashboard, LMxT, and WCS.
