Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to drive clarity, alignment, and innovation in our software and cloud development projects. Key Responsibilities: • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders—such as executives, project managers, developers, and QA teams—to gather, clarify, and define business and technical requirements across software, cloud, and contact center projects. • Process Mapping & Flow Design: Create clear, detailed workflow diagrams and process maps that illustrate current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) states. Facilitate discussions with internal teams and clients to ensure shared understanding and alignment. • Documentation Development: Produce high-quality documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and technical documentation that clearly outline project goals, features, scope, and user needs. • Business Analysis: Assess existing business processes and user requirements to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement. • Technical Specification Translation: Convert business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams. • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops, presentations, and review sessions to validate requirements, support decision-making, and align stakeholders on project deliverables. • Documentation Lifecycle Management: Continuously update and refine documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain an organized central repository for easy access and version control. • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry best practices and evolving technologies, incorporating insights to improve documentation standards and processes. Qualifications • Proven experience documenting business and technical requirements for cloud, software projects, or contact center flows. • Ability to document, discuss and present as-is flows and to-be flows with internal stakeholder and clients • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy. • Familiarity with modern development technologies, frameworks, and methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Background in process improvement is a plus. • Collaborative team player with experience working across cross-functional teams. • Experience with project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence preferred). • Experience using Figma or similar design tools is a plus.
