Full Description

The Program Manager – Clinical Analytics will be responsible for daily operations of the Professional Services Executive Data Analytics Program. The position will work closely with Professional Services Clinical Leadership and Implementation Teams, Marketing, Sales, R&D and Business Operations. The Program Manager shall provide customers with contracted data analytics services, assist in the curation of customer data packages, support EDA program process optimization and customer satisfaction, and consult on enhancements to reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support curation and delivery of customer data packages Data Analytics Team Support and Automation: ensure analyst team is delivering, adhering to processes and fully utilizing automation tools. Utilize Salesforce CRM to track on time delivery of contracted services and reports overview calls Leverage real time analytics to track customer satisfaction Define requirements and assist in tool development for enhanced analytics Develop and deliver training materials for analytics Educate internal departments on any new or revised service offerings Lead Voice of the Customer activity to understand customer needs Work cross functionally to create optimization and value-add services for current install base Work with contracts and legal department to create and review service contract language. Knowledge & Skills Healthcare industry experience with customer medication managements workflow. Ability to consult and create service offerings that help customers recognize the value of medication management products and software solutions. Understanding of professional services methodologies and relevant clinical and IT operations. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training for project teams and peers. Demonstrates effective communication and engagement with cross functional leadership. Team leadership skills. Ability to work in a matrixed environment. Effective, professional communication and presentation skills. Decision making skills. Conflict resolution skills. Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience Must be at least 18 years of age. Bachelor’s in Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Informatics or related field. 7+ years of related experience in clinical, pharmacy or informatics. 2+ years implementing and supporting healthcare medication safety solutions. Prefer knowledge of hospital systems that integrate with ICU Medical products. Experience with Salesforce and Tableau applications. Work Environment This is largely a sedentary role. The job operates in a home environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
