Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to join our team in our Direct Mail Warehouse. This role involves operating and maintaining mailing equipment such as inserters, folders, and inkjet printers to ensure accurate and timely processing of mail jobs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment. Shifts: • 2nd shift: Monday - Friday: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm • 3rd shift: Monday - Friday: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor equipment during production runs • Load materials (envelopes, letters, flyers, etc.) into machines and monitor output for accuracy and quality • Conduct quality checks to ensure jobs meet customer and postal requirements • Maintain accurate production logs and ensure jobs are completed on schedule • Follow USPS regulations and internal quality standards • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving ability • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
