Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Promotional Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, with a focus on technology sales. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to develop strategic business relationships, and a passion for promoting innovative solutions. As a Promotional Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Duties • Promotional Product Experience Required • E-Commerce Experience Preferred - Shopify • Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. • Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics. • Lead warm calling efforts to engage potential clients and promote products effectively. • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment. • Prepare reports on promotional effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
