Join Icon. We’re building a fast-growing creative team and seeking on-camera naturals who jump off the screen to film authentic product content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads. No prior experience needed, but we’re looking for someone who will be willing to take feedback and learn. Compensation • Compensation: $50 per brand. The expected time it takes to film for one brand is 90 minutes for the first few as you get comfortable, fully time optimized creators can do each brand in 45 minutes. • Current weekly volume: ~5–20 brands(volume may grow over time. Potential for a full time role in the near future) • Each product: Each brand requires around 10 minutes of raw footage- 3-5 minutes of b-roll and 2-5 minutes of script reading (no editing or scripting needed) What you’ll deliver • 3-5 minutes of b-roll for either a physical product or for a service. • 5 scripts per brand. Each script is around 5 short sentences long. • Clean audio, flattering light, steady framing; we handle all post-production and scripting • Fast, reliable turnarounds and consistent file naming/upload • The willingness to provide revisions to the b-roll or script videos if needed.
