Hotel General Manager – Full Service Operations (100-Room Branded Property) Salary: $45,000–$50,000 + Good Performance Bonuses Full-Time | On-Site Only | Arlington, TX We are a 100-room branded economy hotel located in the Arlington Entertainment District. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, maintain high housekeeping and front desk standards, and drive consistent revenue growth in a high-demand market. This role requires a proactive leader who can handle all operational needs as they arise and is fully available for weekends, event days, and holiday requirements. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all hotel operations for a 100-room branded property • Lead, train, and develop front desk and housekeeping teams • Manage staffing, hiring, scheduling, and performance accountability • Conduct daily property walks, room inspections, and quality checks • Ensure housekeeping productivity and room readiness • Manage OTA pricing, rate adjustments, and revenue strategies • Drive local sales: corporate, construction, medical, long-term stays, and event-driven business • Handle guest service recovery and maintain brand standards • Support maintenance oversight and property condition checks • Provide weekly operations updates and KPIs to ownership • Respond to operational issues across all departments as needed • Must be able to work weekends and holidays in a high-event market Qualifications Required: • 2–5+ years of GM or AGM experience at a 70–150 room hotel • Strong knowledge of housekeeping management and front desk operations • Experience with revenue management and OTA platforms • Ability to hire, train, and hold staff accountable • Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service recovery skills • Hands-on management style Preferred: • Experience with Wyndham, Choice, G6, Sonesta, Red Roof, or similar brands • Experience generating corporate or long-term stay business Compensation • $45,000–$50,000 base salary • Performance bonuses • PTO • Long-term growth potential within ownership group How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed and include 2–3 references.
