Ichor Systems is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on reducing costs, improving processes, and enhancing efficiency. This role is ideal for a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with strong leadership and project management skills, ready to coach teams and deliver measurable results. Location Flexibility This position can be based onsite at one of our key locations: • Sauk Rapids, MN • Portland, OR • Nogales, Mexico What You’ll Do • Lead and execute high-impact continuous improvement projects across business units using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. • Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to identify and implement process improvements. • Coach and mentor teams in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Finance to ensure accurate tracking of project benefits. • Develop and deliver training programs for Lean and Six Sigma practitioners. • Monitor project progress, remove barriers, and ensure sustainable performance improvements. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Lean/Six Sigma project leadership. • 5+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment. • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (required); Lean Certification and PMP preferred. • Strong data analysis, communication, and change management skills. • Ability to travel up to 30%.
