Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, Finance or related, with 5+ years of experience in pricing professional services contracts for government agencies.
ICF is currently seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Team. While supporting pursuits across all of ICF you will provide direct support to the ICF Operations staff by reviewing solicitations and preparing complex pricing proposals. This position will be supporting our Public Sector and Disaster Management Groups, which provide domain expertise and comprehensive crosscutting services that help our clients adapt and transform to address a wide range of challenges. You will be an integral member of the proposal team contributing to the development of the pricing strategy, identifying risks and interpreting solicitation requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, update, and develop complex and compliant pricing models for use in preparing cost/price estimates Prepare timely, accurate and compliant cost and business proposals while adhering to and supporting company policies and procedures Provide input to cost assumptions Develop and present pricing strategies to the capture team and executives Participate in the proposal pricing process including, analyze RFP requirements; develop pricing strategies; review, analyze and compile cost data; and support preparation of cost/business volumes Present financial analyses and participate in pricing reviews to senior management Support Pricing Team members in preparing responses and by reviewing work Provide direction to subcontractors involved in proposal preparation Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field 5+ years of experience pricing professional services contracts to the Federal and State & Local Governments to include working knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, CPAF and T&M Exposure to Government Cost Accounting Principles and the FAR Preferred Qualifications: High proficiency using Microsoft Excel Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat Excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple pricing efforts under tight deadlines High level of ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy A detail-oriented approach Working at ICF ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
