ICF is seeking a field-based Associate Account Specialist to take a significant role in the implementation of commercial energy efficiency programs in Baltimore, Maryland. The selected candidate willbe responsible forrecruiting participants from Environmental Justice (EJ) communities into our utility incentive programs. The candidate will develop and implement engagement strategies with the goal of increasing the number of energy efficiency projects and participants within identified communities. What you will bedoing: • DevelopingandmaintainingrelationshipsandpartnershipswithbusinessesinEJ communities to support their participation in BGE's energy efficiency programs • Cultivatingnewrelationshipsandpartnershipswithservice providersandlocal organizationswhosupportEJcommunitiestopromote program awareness and adoption • Identifyingbarriers to participation and developing successful, community-relevantresolutions • Preparingandpresentingtargetedpresentationsthat promoteprogramawareness, • Collaboratingwithcommunity-based organizationsonthepreparationanddeliveryofenergy-relatedcommunityeventsthatpromoteenergyeducation,program awareness, and communitysupport • Utilizing project managementandcommunicationsBest Practices to support customers and service providersthroughout their energy efficiency journey • Assistingprogram managers with the development and implementation of promotional strategies • Preparingclient-facingstatusreportsthatdocumentperformanceandactivitiesrelated toprogramgoals, contractor/consultant participation,and pipeline management • Supportinginternaloperationswithtaskssuchasreporting,applicationreview,forecasting,marketingdevelopment, and client support • Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel.
