Associate Account Specialist,EnergyEfficiency(Field-Based) Utility Programs and Services Location:Baltimore,MD (Field-Basedwith someRemoteWork) Areyoureadytomakeadifference? ICF is seeking a field-based Associate Account Specialist to take a significant role in the implementation of commercial energy efficiency programs in Baltimore, Maryland. The selected candidate willbe responsible forrecruiting participants from Environmental Justice (EJ) communities into our utility incentive programs. The candidate will develop and implement engagement strategies with the goal of increasing the number of energy efficiency projects and participants within identified communities. What you will bedoing: • DevelopingandmaintainingrelationshipsandpartnershipswithbusinessesinEJ communities to support their participation in BGE's energy efficiency programs • Cultivatingnewrelationshipsandpartnershipswithservice providersandlocal organizationswhosupportEJcommunitiestopromote program awareness and adoption • Identifyingbarriers to participation and developing successful, community-relevantresolutions • Preparingandpresentingtargetedpresentationsthat promoteprogramawareness, • Collaboratingwithcommunity-based organizationsonthepreparationanddeliveryofenergy-relatedcommunityeventsthatpromoteenergyeducation,program awareness, and communitysupport • Utilizing project managementandcommunicationsBest Practices to support customers and service providersthroughout their energy efficiency journey • Assistingprogram managers with the development and implementation of promotional strategies • Preparingclient-facingstatusreportsthatdocumentperformanceandactivitiesrelated toprogramgoals, contractor/consultant participation,and pipeline management • Supportinginternaloperationswithtaskssuchasreporting,applicationreview,forecasting,marketingdevelopment, and client support • Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $55,665.00 - $94,631.00 Maryland Field Office (MD66)
