Job Summary: We're seeking a tech-savvy, ambitious professional with strong executive presence to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to a senior Partner. Essential Job Duties * Executive Communication & Coordination: * Act as a trusted liaison between the Partner, internal teams, and external contacts. * Manage calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and discretion. * Calendar & Travel Management: * Organize and maintain the Partner’s schedule, including meetings, deadlines, and client activities. * Coordinate complex travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reports. * Event & Project Support: * Assist with planning and execution of events, including invitations, RSVPs, and logistics. * Manage sponsorship tickets and guest confirmations. * Administrative Excellence: * Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, mail, and courier services. * Collaborate with team responsible for processing expense reimbursements and maintain organized records. * Team Collaboration & Leadership: * Work closely with Legal Services Assistant team to ensure seamless operations. * Proactively assist with projects and special assignments. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly. * Executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ambition to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines. * Commitment to continuous learning and development. * Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset.
