Responsibilities Lead engagements with clients and partners to deliver solutions that enhance the platform user experience through API and file-based system integrations. Define product requirements by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software engineers. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product feature development from conception to launch, including testing and iteration. Embrace a fast-paced, agile development environment, deploying quickly to learn and iterate based on feedback. Test and review online product upgrades and ensure flawless execution Own the product roadmap for specific features or segments of the platform, determining prioritization and ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain comprehensive project communication plans, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams such as UX Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other product lines. Investigate bugs and, when appropriate, identify tactical solutions to production issues impacting users. Monitor the performance of product features post-launch and continuously seek opportunities for improvement. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team to maintain high standards of work, product quality, and communication. Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape from a business and legal / compliance perspective Step outside the product realm when appropriate to contribute to the team and overall company mission. Candidate Profile Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, wealth management, or related industries. Experience supporting API and/or file based system integrations with 3rd parties. Strong analytical skills, natural problem solver, with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems and pushing initiatives to conclusions through innovative solutions. Expertise with QA testing, comfort with leveraging SQL, and ability to generate conclusions based on data. Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects, organizing requests and prioritizing. Detail-oriented, with the ability to write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building relationships to gain buy in and achieve business results. A willingness and initiative to become an expert in the alternative investments space, understanding both the product intricacies and wider industry to drive informed decision making. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, entrepreneurial environment. Experience with agile methodologies and a mindset that embraces quick deployment, learning, and iteration. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage executive management for ideas and resolutions. A customer-centric approach, with experience engaging directly with clients to gather insights and feedback and a knack for quick and thoughtful problem solving. Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing demands and timelines. Desire to grow and take on increasing responsibilities within a rapidly expanding company.
