Position Description At iBusinessFunding we’re an AI-first FinTech company inside the world of banking and finance building advanced agentic systems designed to reason, act, and adapt in complex enterprise environments. At the heart of this is Lendsey AI, a multi-agent orchestration platform grounded in actionable knowledge, process maps, and deep domain expertise. Lendsey leverages a document understanding pipeline and a composable architecture to operate fluidly across services, tools, and knowledge bases with data security and privacy being our paramount concern. As AI Project Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping how these intelligent systems come to life. Reporting to the Director of Applied AI, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of both foundational AI infrastructure and applied product initiatives, including standalone tools and AI-powered integrations that interconnect through composable agents. You’ll drive clarity and momentum across teams while also acting as an AI generalist and evangelist, helping communicate the vision and functionality of our systems to internal teams, leadership, and external clients or partners • This role is open only to candidates currently located in the United States and legally authorized to work here. Major Areas of Responsibility · Manage the lifecycle of AI projects, from early ideation through delivery, including work on Lendsey AI and adjacent agent-based tools · Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product, design, and sales to ensure alignment and execution · Track priorities, risks, and deliverables across multiple streams, helping the team stay focused and informed · Facilitate agile workflows, sprint planning, and regular project check-ins · Represent our agentic AI systems internally and externally, articulating how composable agents function and how they’re transforming real-world workflows · Join select client and partner meetings to support solution design and explain AI capabilities · Develop documentation, product guides, and instructional media to support internal enablement and external adoption · Stay plugged into developments in AI orchestration, agents, and intelligent automation to inform roadmap planning and communications · Represent our organization at financial industry events, engaging with key stakeholders to showcase our products and services through a strategic lens, while underscoring our unwavering commitment to the privacy and security of both AI systems and data Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Extensive experience working with financial and banking institutions, with deep understanding of their sales cycles, priorities, constraints, and unique business drivers · 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in AI, SaaS, or technical product environments · Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives · A generalist’s understanding of AI, especially around agent frameworks, orchestration, and LLM-powered systems · Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders toward shared outcomes · Comfortable presenting to customers, executives, and technical teams · Familiarity with tools like Jira for agile planning and tracking What Would Be Nice To Have · Bonus: Experience working with intelligent systems, knowledge graphs, or document understanding platforms · Bonus: Prior exposure to pre-sales, customer success, or technical evangelism · Bonus: Skilled in creating user-facing documentation or media (Loom, Notion, etc.) · Bonus: You personally take advantage of AI to help automate your tasks What You'll Gain · A front-line role helping build the next generation of AI-powered, agentic systems · A fast-paced environment where your impact is immediate and visible · The opportunity to help define how composable AI agents are developed, deployed, and adopted Conclusion This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
