Your Role And Responsibilities Join IBM Consulting in advancing the safety, efficiency, and modernization of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) National Airspace System (NAS) through one of the nation’s most ambitious air traffic control transformation programs. Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise Required Technical and Professional Expertise • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience managing large-scale telecommunications or infrastructure deployments. • Proven success leading implementations in 24/7 operational or mission-critical environments. • Strong understanding of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) systems, TDM/IP migration, and telecom network architecture. • Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira). • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience • Experience working with the FAA, NAS systems, or other federal transportation programs. • PMP or equivalent project management certification. • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects. • Experience with complex, geographically distributed telecom deployments. • Strong leadership, risk management, and conflict resolution skills.
