Collaborate closely with AST project managers and client stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery. Responsibilities • Assist AST project managers in monitoring and evaluating actual project costs against budget. • Participate in client discovery sessions and document outcomes through requirements artifacts. • Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of presentations and proposals. • Contribute to internal operational objectives by supporting the adoption and improvement of project management methodologies and best practices. • Maintain and manage project-related tools and artifacts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational standards. Required Technical And Professional Expertise • Practical understanding of project management principles and the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to contribute to problem-solving and drive innovative solutions. • Experience participating in process improvement initiatives, including cost reduction strategies, resource management optimization, and project recovery efforts. • 3–5+ years of experience supporting technology implementations and project assessment initiatives.
