Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio Your Role And Responsibilities Provide PMO and Project Management support at the Manager level, including support for Jira and other PMO-related activities. Collaborate closely with AST project managers and client stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery. Responsibilities • Assist AST project managers in monitoring and evaluating actual project costs against budget. • Participate in client discovery sessions and document outcomes through requirements artifacts. • Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of presentations and proposals. • Contribute to internal operational objectives by supporting the adoption and improvement of project management methodologies and best practices. • Maintain and manage project-related tools and artifacts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational standards. Required Technical And Professional Expertise • Practical understanding of project management principles and the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to contribute to problem-solving and drive innovative solutions. • Experience participating in process improvement initiatives, including cost reduction strategies, resource management optimization, and project recovery efforts. • 3–5+ years of experience supporting technology implementations and project assessment initiatives.
