Job Details Job Location Norcross, GA Remote Type Fully Remote Position Type Contractor Description IBEX is seeking experienced Proposal and delivery Consultants (Technical SMEs) to join our strategic consulting bench. These 1099 contract roles support a wide range of federal and commercial opportunities. Selected individuals will provide subject matter expertise across key functional domains, including Human Capital, IT, Training, Leadership Development, Curriculum Design, Administration, and more. This role goes beyond technical writing. We're seeking contributors who can help shape solutions, write compelling content for proposals, and advise on delivery frameworks to ensure our offerings are technically sound and operationally feasible. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for proposals and solution development in your area of focus. • Contribute to technical narratives, staffing plans, executive summaries, and other proposal sections. • Collaborate with business development, capture, and delivery teams to align content with RFP objectives and agency needs. • Support the development of training materials, curriculum frameworks, and leadership development solutions as needed. • Advise internal teams on best practices for program delivery, workflow optimization, and performance metrics. • Participate in pre- and post-award strategy sessions, solution design meetings, and SME interviews. • Deliver occasional support on commercial consulting projects focused on process improvement, organizational development, or training strategy. Work Environment and Physical Demands: This role involves a blend of corporate office and remote work. Physical demands are minimal; occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required. Appearance: Business casual attire is expected during normal business activities. Staff may be asked to wear professional business dress for specific meetings or presentations. Please send referral candidate resumes to: IBEX.HR@IBEXexperts.com Qualifications Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in one or more core areas: HR, IT, training, supply chain, leadership development, administration, or organizational strategy. • Proposal writing experience strongly preferred; must be able to contribute content to federal or commercial proposals. • Familiarity with federal contracting, especially RFPs, RFIs, or IDIQs. • Experience working in a consulting or cross-functional project team setting. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Miro, Asana, Confluence). • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and comfortable with remote collaboration. • Must have current U.S. work authorization.
