Title: Marketing Production Specialist Reports To: Director of Marketing & Communications Department: Marketing Location: Remote Summary: IBEX is seeking a dynamic Marketing Production Specialist to play an essential, hands-on role in executing marketing plans across IBEX, IBEX 365, and Professional BoatBuilder. This position is critical to maintain consistent brand presence, scaling marketing output, and ensuring high-quality delivery across social media, email, web, video, and event platforms. This role is ideal for a highly organized, hands-on creative who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, takes initiative, and operates with minimal direction. The Marketing Production Specialist will own day-to-day execution of marketing content while also coordinating timelines, managing vendors as needed, and supporting campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Key Responsibilities Creative & Content Production • Design and produce high-quality marketing assets across digital and print channels, including ads, email campaigns, social media content, show guide materials, and promotional collateral • Execute end-to-end email campaign creation, including design, build, and deployment • Create social media graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form video aligned to campaign and editorial priorities • Adapt long-form editorial, video, and campaign content into short-form, multi-channel assets • Ensure consistent brand execution across IBEX, IBEX 365, and Professional BoatBuilder Video, Photography & Multimedia • Edit and format video content for social, YouTube, and digital campaigns • Support on-site photo and video capture at IBEX • Organize and maintain library of media assets for marketing use • Collaborate with video/photo vendors when production exceeds internal capacity Social, Email & Web Execution • Own day-to-day social media execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and related platforms • Build, format, and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot or similar platforms • Upload graphics, images, video, and content updates to IBEXshow.com and ProBoat.com • Support landing pages, banners, embeds, and ongoing content refreshes • Coordinate with external web vendors on larger initiatives or site updates Marketing Coordination & Project Support • Serve as a reliable execution partner to the Director of Marketing & Communications • Own production workflows from intake through delivery: • Coordinate/Track timelines, approvals, priorities, and deliverables • Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy and quality • Maintain content calendars, asset libraries, and production checklists • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, editorial, education, sales, operations) and support cross-departmental marketing requests and proactive production needs • Manage and support external vendors (design, video, photo, print, web) as needed • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and engagement data to improve content effectiveness, reach, and conversion • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and escalating issues when needed Skills & Qualifications Required Skills & Experience • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing production, content creation, or a related role supporting digital and print campaigns • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro strongly preferred) • Working experience editing video using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools • Ability to create, format, and manage assets across social media, web, email, and event platforms • Photography (event and candid) and basic photo editing • Comfortable working within Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for collaboration and file management • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track timelines, approvals, and deliverables • Understanding of basic B2B marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, campaign-driven content, and conversion-focused execution • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, JIRA, Zoho, etc.) • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency • Professional communication skills with stakeholders at all levels Preferred / Bonus Skills • Experience producing or supporting on-site video and photography at events, trade shows, or conferences • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for uploading and updating content • Experience coordinating or managing external vendors (design, video, photo, print, or web) • Working knowledge of analytics and performance reporting (HubSpot reporting, Google Analytics, social analytics) • HubSpot certifications (Email Marketing, Content Marketing, or Marketing Software) • Background in B2B marketing, media, events, trade publications, or marine industry About IBEX IBEX (International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition & Conference) is the only technical trade event in North America dedicated exclusively to the recreational marine industry.
