About the Opportunity IBAC, a Human Resources and Talent Consulting firm, is leading the recruitment process for a U.S.-based digital marketing company currently expanding its Paid Media (PPC) operations globally. We are seeking an experienced Director of Client Success (PPC) to design, implement, and lead a scalable Client Success structure serving thousands of small and mid-sized business advertisers. This position is ideal for a results-oriented leader who combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of digital advertising. The role involves building a high-performance team, defining the success framework, and ensuring exceptional client retention and growth in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and lead the global Client Success organization focused on PPC advertising clients (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads). • Develop and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and KPIs for managing large SMB portfolios. • Recruit, train, and mentor Client Success Managers and Account Managers across multiple time zones. • Build retention and churn-prevention models, client health scores, and data-driven improvement frameworks. • Leverage AI and automation tools (CRM, dashboards, analytics) to optimize workflows and client insights. • Collaborate with Sales, Paid Media, and Product teams to align client goals and campaign performance. • Report key metrics (retention, satisfaction, NRR, LTV) to executive leadership and propose strategic initiatives. Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience, ideally in digital marketing, PPC, or BPO environments. • Proven record building or scaling client-facing teams handling 80–100 SMB accounts per manager. • Strong understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta) and campaign lifecycle management. • Experience using AI or automation tools to enhance productivity and client engagement. • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, with the ability to lead remote global teams. • Strong command of metrics such as NRR, churn rate, CSAT, and client lifetime value. • Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
