Advertising Sales Director – PPC (Google Ads) | Remote Location: Remote – Global Team Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: USD $120,000 – $150,000 per year + performance bonuses Recruitment by: Mexico-based HR & Talent Consulting Firm on behalf of a US company Summary We’re seeking a proven Advertising Sales Director to build and lead a global outbound PPC sales team for a fast-growing US digital marketing company. This is a 100% remote role offering full ownership, strategic leadership, and the opportunity to design a global sales engine from the ground up. About the Role Our client, a leading US digital marketing company, is establishing a new outbound sales division focused on PPC (Google Ads). We are looking for an experienced leader who thrives in outbound sales and understands PPC deeply. You will have the autonomy to design, recruit, and scale a global sales operation aligned with business growth goals. Key Responsibilities • Build and lead a remote outbound sales team selling Google Ads to SMBs. • Define sales strategy, team structure, KPIs, and outbound workflows. • Recruit, train, and coach SDRs and closers across multiple time zones. • Implement scripts, outreach frameworks, and sales technology stack (CRM, dialers, AI tools). • Collaborate with marketing, product, and PPC delivery teams to align growth objectives. • Foster a high-performance culture based on execution, accountability, and measurable results. Requirements • 6+ years of experience leading outbound B2B or SMB sales teams, ideally within marketing or advertising services. • Strong expertise in PPC and Google Ads. • Proven experience building remote sales teams generating $200K+ in new monthly revenue. • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution and leadership capabilities. Preferred Background • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or advertising agencies. • Deep understanding of PPC — not just selling it, but knowing how it works. • Hands-on, “builder” and “player-coach” profile.
