The Junior Designer will perform a variety of drafting and design tasks under the supervision of a Project Manager. Responsibilities include creating design ideas, producing Photoshop renderings, conducting site verifications, and supporting client service efforts.
Candidates should have a graduate degree in architecture or design, or equivalent experience, with a preference for those with 2+ years in Retail Rollout design projects. A working knowledge of design principles, technical skills, and software tools is essential.

We are presently searching for a Junior Designer for the Retail Studio. The Junior Designer, while working under the direct supervision of a Project Manager, performs a broad variety of drafting and/or design tasks. Job Responsibilities Design and Technical Drawing – Under supervision, may make updates and changes to existing drawings or designs. Work with design team to develop design ideas Photoshop Renderings- Create renders to reflect new design based on client brand standards. Site Verifications and Field Surveys - perform verification of site details to support design. Assists in field surveying of client spaces. Corrects drawings red lined by others Client Service – Supports the team in collecting information for client assessment; may attend interviews, provide documentation support; developing skills working with Affinity program tool Education Graduate of architecture or design school: equivalent experience may be substituted Work Experience 2+ years’ experience or equivalent educational experience: strongly prefer experience working in Retail Rollout design projects Works under the leadership of a more senior team member.
