As a Senior Product Manager – Growth Hub, you will play a key role in the design, evolution, and scaling of solutions aimed at maximizing customer value and accelerating cross-selling across the organization. At the heart of a complex, cross-functional ecosystem, you will act as an orchestrator of value, ensuring alignment between the Growth Hub’s strategic vision, technological capabilities, and expected business outcomes, in close collaboration with multiple internal teams. What you’ll accomplish with us As a Senior Product Manager, you will be central to our mission. Your key responsibilities include: • Define and champion the product vision for the Growth Hub, aligned with growth objectives, commercial performance, and the overall value proposition, and translate strategic ambitions into concrete, measurable, and scalable products and capabilities. • Drive business value and manage the product lifecycle, ensuring delivered solutions effectively support growth, conversion, and retention strategies while preserving the customer experience and advisor relationship. • Prioritize initiatives, target segments, and customer populations based on business value, feasibility, technological capabilities, and organizational capacity. • Own the program backlog, including its structure, prioritization, and readiness, and support Program Increment (PI) planning by ensuring teams have a clear and prioritized backlog. • Present and advocate for the vision, roadmap, and business value during PI planning and key governance forums, and approve PI objectives. • Ensure governance and overall steering of the Growth Hub, including consolidated reporting (KPIs, benefits, risks, dependencies) and the preparation of executive summaries for governance bodies. • Act as a central point of contact and catalyst for cross-functional collaboration, working closely with data, marketing, platform, operations, transformation, and line-of-business teams, and supporting strategic decision-making. • Oversee financial management, deployment, and scaling of solutions, including budget tracking, sound investment management, deployment readiness, change adoption, and long-term sustainability of solutions in production.
