Your Impact As a key member of the sales leadership team, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will lead a high-performing regional hospice sales team. This field-based role is focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring families receive compassionate hospice care during challenging times. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire the regional hospice sales team to meet ambitious growth goals. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, set clear processes, and analyze market data to identify opportunities. • Team Management: Manage, motivate, and coach a geographically dispersed sales team. Recruit top talent, set performance targets, and foster a high-performance culture focused on results and compassionate care. • Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor metrics, manage accurate sales forecasting, and leverage CRM technology to enhance efficiency and reporting. • Relationship Excellence: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and accounts. Engage in negotiations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. • Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Clinical, Operations) to ensure a unified approach and equip the sales team with necessary tools and messaging. Desired Qualifications • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology platforms.
