Data Quality Specialist The ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean and reliable data. The key responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and consistency of customer, product and operational data across various systems, establishing and managing data governance policies and procedures, working with IT and business teams to refine data models, conducting regular audits and supporting the creation and upkeep of master data records. Experience required includes high attention to detail, advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets, ability to produce clear documentation and excellent communication skills. Industry-related experience is preferred but not mandatory. This is a fully remote position requiring expertise in implementing policies for data accuracy and security, proficient auditing, monitoring and rectifying data, experience in consolidating and creating a unified source of truth from multiple data systems and knowledge of data creation, storage, archiving and compliance procedures.
