About the Role The Operations Supervisor supports the Project Manager and provides day-to-day leadership to staff across stocking, warehouse, or custodial teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise assigned teams during scheduled shifts. • Verify stocking quality, rotation standards, and completion of RSHA tasks. • Ensure custodial tasks meet cleaning and sanitation standards. • Train new employees and monitor performance. • Maintain safety compliance across equipment use and work practices. • Assist with reports, case counts, inspections, and daily task logs. • Serve as a point of contact for shift-level issues and coordination. Qualifications • Previous supervisory experience in retail, warehouse, or custodial environments. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. • Knowledge of OSHA and food-safety standards (preferred).
