About the Role Night Custodial Technicians perform full-store cleaning and sanitation after the commissary closes, including deep cleaning of floors, fixtures, and food-handling areas. Key Responsibilities • Perform deep floor cleaning using scrubbers, burnishers, and other floor machines. • Clean and sanitize meat prep areas, RSHA areas, and food-contact surfaces. • Wash windows, glass, vents, ducts, and light fixtures. • Clean and maintain walk-off mats, stanchions, and registers. • Remove plastic, cardboard, debris, and waste from nightly stocking operations. • Follow food safety, chemical handling, and OSHA safety standards. • Ensure the store is fully cleaned and ready for opening the following day. Qualifications • Previous night custodial or floor-care experience preferred. • Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment (training provided). • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work overnight hours. • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
