Hyve Group is a company that connects global industry communities through events and networking platforms. They are seeking a Registration Manager to oversee the management of the registration platform and enhance the attendee experience through effective data handling and customer relationships. Responsibilities • Serve as a main point of contact between Hyve and our registration provider • Respond to attendee enquiries regarding show attendance in a timely manner • Approve all registrations and manage our vetting process for ticket types • Responsible for launching registration, making updates, and testing the user experience • Create daily reports, update price breaks, and revenue reports where applicable • Manage registration codes for exhibitors, sponsors, media, staff, and speakers • Collaborate with our registration provider, Sponsors Ops, and AX team to create an attendee communication plan • Audit registration system to ensure data accuracy for the delivery of our meeting program • Create an on-site registration plan, including setup, ordering of deliverables, and temp staff • Analyze customer data post-show to make more informed and data-based decisions • Develop and improve internal processes to deliver the best in practice guidelines • Analyze customer data post-show to make more informed and data-based decisions • Attend industry events to stay informed on market trends and generate fresh ideas • Work closely with and support the Operations team to ensure all deliverables are met Skills • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a ticketing or reservations role • Exceptional customer service skills • Fast-paced and commercially minded • Superior organization and prioritization skills • Efficient, pragmatic, solution-focused, and detail-oriented • Patient, calm, and composed under pressure • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and collaborative • Passionate about the events industry • Availability to work hybrid up to 3 days in the office Benefits • Full medical, dental, and vision package to fit your needs • Retirement plan with company match (401K) • Competitive vacation policy • Hybrid work Company Overview • Hyve Group s a organisers of international trade exhibitions and conferences in growing markets.
